"Wife and daughter both had fillings done here and both of them had their fillings fall out. Also my wife asked to see the xrays for our 8 year old daughter so that we can have an idea of "what is what" in our kids mouth since we are not allowed to go back there with her and the lady taking her back was very reluctant to show her. We felt as though we weren't supposed to see it or even ask."
"Just got two teeth pulled Monday the 15th and the staff was great and kind even tho I was more then 15 minutes late they still saw me. I'm happy I got it done here"
"You’ve got to do better with your scheduling. I’ve been there for ten years and I’ve NEVER gotten in and out. Now my son is a patient there and it’s the same issues. We had an appointment on 11/6/23 at 11:50a and we arrived early for new patient paperwork. We didn’t exit until 2:00p. That’s absolutely absurd. When we left I noticed that there was no mechanism to see when people leave to discuss in staff meetings how long you have these patients in your office. Our appointments are mostly cleanings which should take least time. I’ve missed out on a lot of hours of work coming in to your office to sit for hours. I’m trying my best to stick around for continuity purposes, but I’m making the choice of taking my son and I elsewhere moving forward. I kept being told, just 15 more minutes and it ended up being a 2.5 hour visit. Something has got to change. You call and discuss having the right to remove people from the schedule when they don’t answer calls for appointments, but you run hours behind and that’s supposed to be ok? It should be mandatory for your front desk staff to call every patient even if you’re 15 minutes. A lot of people have work and school schedules they are working around."
"It is a guaranteed hour long wait to go back for your appointment, and people that arrived after you, will go in before you. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and after telling the doctor multiple times he didn’t numb my mouth enough, he still removed my tooth and made me feel EVERYTHING. He then stormed out and refused to do my other 3 until I had to advocate for myself and told him I wouldn’t leave without them all removed. He eventually numbed me more and removed the rest of them after being extremely rude."
