"If there were less than a "1" star rating option, I would definitely select that for this office and staff. A few weeks ago, my son had dental work done in which he had to have teeth removed. Whether or not these teeth had to be removed is unclear. First off, we are not allowed to go back with our son for the procedure, or for any visits, which is a huge red flag. This suggests to us that there is something to hide. When the procedure was finished and they brought my son out to us, he was completely out of it. We were told that he was put under for this procedure, which WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. When my husband tried to ask questions about the procedure, his questions were blown off and unanswered. When we looked into our son's mouth, it looked like they completely butchered his mouth and teeth that "needed to be removed." They had also placed a metal spacer around the area where the tooth had been removed. Our son was completely traumatized and left in a lot of pain. Just recently, our son has been complaining of extreme pain where the tooth was removed. We will now be seeking another dentist to give him the proper care and to fix this botched job. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE."

"My oldest son went to Dr. Robbins from 3 until he was 18. My baby went from 3 until he was 11. We then moved out of state. Dr Robbins is the best. Elkhart and surrounding areas set up an appointment with the best. I remember when Dr. Robbins told my oldest son that he would not be able to see him anymore because of his age. My son was sad because Dr Robbins was all he knew. Dr. Robbins keep making positive marks on people lives that cannot be erased. I am so thankful for the years of service you provided for my children. Thank you so much."

"We love Dr. Robbins! He is amazing with all of my kids. My oldest began coming to him 10 years ago (after another dentist had messed up his molars so badly that some had to be removed). Dr. Robbins calmed his fears of the dentist and was able to save some of my son’s molars. My oldest has not had one dental issue since he began seeing Dr. Robbins. My other two children also see Dr. Robbins and he has amazing patience with them (they are both toddlers) and I know their teeth are well looked after! I recommend him to everyone I know who has children!"

"My kids love going to Dr. Robbins. They are always excited for their cleaning appointments (I know- excited for the dentist!). The staff is always kind and welcoming. Dr. Robbins has a great way of working with the kids. He is also technically excellent. We have had 2 dental emergencies with chipped teeth and both times he has made them feel comfortable and fixed them beautifully. I highly recommend him."
