"Dan and his staff have been our go to shop for over 20 years. We have had several large jobs, a few of which we thought would be total losses. Every one has come back perfect. After our last accident, our insurance company wanted to use aftermarket parts on our German car. Dan dug in his heals and fought for us until they agreed to use factory original. It took longer, but they blinked first and we got the correct parts for our car. He could have sided with them to get our car out of his shop sooner (like most will), and we would not have known the difference. We recently traded the car for a new one and the dealership could not tell the car was in an accident that took a new headlight, hood, fender, grille, radiator, and bumper cover to fix. The difficult pearl paint was mixed and blended perfectly. Unfortunately, in this day there are just not that many family owned places left that you can just drop your car off at and have them call you when it is done - and KNOW that they won’t take you for a ride. I'm a difficult customer to please. We trust Rick’s implicitly to deliver back to us a perfectly repaired car every time."
