"Both of my children had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr Anderson. Both times the surgery and aftercare were great with no unexpected issues at the office or at home. The preliminary meetings before the procedures were also great and answered all our questions. But, the one area I would have to say his office dismally fails at is billing. When quoting a procedure that will require potentially $1000's out of pocket The idea that a nearly 20% cost difference after having insurance information to verify coverage for months prior to the operation is simply unacceptable. The added insult of just being told to sign up for CareCredit (a third party healthcare finance company) to cover the difference due to poor estimation of costs and lack of professional coordination with insurance was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had with a medical service provider. It's a shame a great Dr. can be so poorly represented by his his own billing department. Very glad we will never have to deal with this issue again."
