"I think Dr Pyo is a great dentist. The office practices could use some revision. Generally when there is a copay the office provides an estimate based on info from your insurance. Nothing is worse than walking into an appt after you’ve planned for and being told that your copay is nearly $500 - based on info from my insurance and I needed to pay today or they wouldn’t do the scheduled work - I could reschedule if I wanted to. All they needed to do was tell me ahead of time that I needed to pay the nearly $500 and I could have prepared! I get that people don’t pay - I am not one of those people and my payment history should mean something."

"Got there as a new patient, was seen pretty quickly. I called to have a cleaning done and was told that X-rays would be taken and then a new apt would be made for the cleaning. Based on my experience I think all will go well with the cleaning as well. Too early to tell if I would recommend my family and friends yet lol"
