"Super disappointing. Pizza is pricey and not worth it. This place has slowly gotten worse. The pizza we got, 2 different kinds, was completely lacking flavor. They put absolutely no sauce on the pizza - super dry, whether it be marinara, Buffalo ranch, BBQ, etc. You’re much better off going to G’s."

"Not the best gluten free pizza I’ve had. Service made up for it but the pizza was burnt and black on the edges. Offered a free pizza but the gluten free option is typically charred more than the other pizzas. We may try again in the future but this is for reference if you plan on GF options, ask for a light cook."

"Update: Since my original review I have now had 4 disappointing experiences with this location. It used to be consistent where the bottom had a nice crisp and crunch, the last 4 have all been soft and doughy which is not why I order jets. The crust flavoring has been forgotten twice and they are skimping on toppings significantly compared to other locations. I have also showed up 5-10 minutes after when they said to be there and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I’m not sure if management or ownership changed, but I will be going to the Baldwin or Lake Orion location going forward as I gave this location enough chances. Very disappointed Jets is some of the best pizza in Michigan period. Anybody who is complaining here likely had a one bad experience or just doesn't like Detroit style pizza. This location does a very good job on average. Tonight, (football playoffs) was the first subpar pizza we have gotten. Was not cooked long enough so the typical crunch was not there and they forgot the Cajun crust. But typically this location makes great pizza. Wish they were a little more generous on the toppings sometimes, but just nitpicking. Always go for the Super Special, but most of their pizzas are great"
