"I ordered some parts 5/26 and they had a 2 month lead time which is ok. They kept me waiting and waiting after 4 month I finally reached out and they blamed it on Yamaha but there was no effort to reach out to me. The said Yamaha will release the order end of September. No answer so I reached out end of November and they told me Yamaha will send it beginning of December. I reached out beginning of February they said it will me middle of February now its end of February. Ok maybe they can’t control Yamaha but at least they could let the customer know. Edit: After escalating it I have to say that Anthony took some effort and time to explain the situation they are dealing with as an online shop. To be fair it the root cause is Yamaha but since I order with them I will give 3 Stars being neutral since I had a problem and didn’t seem to get it solved right within a adequate time. Considering 5* would be outstanding and 4* would be a good experience."
