"I'm sorry I deleted that other review it was for a different appliance store I have no problem with you I bought appliances from you before excellent service everything worked. Therefore I gave you a 5-star"
"Got a great deal on a new refrigerator and a used dryer. His guys delivered and hooked up the fridge, took away the old one,and were very nice and professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for home appliances."
"Very pleasant people and good selection. However, the process was problematic. The gentlemen that delivered the dishwasher cut through the hose of my pre-exisiting dishwasher, in order to pull out the old one, even though I asked them to wait. Therefore, I did not have a working dishwasher until I could install the new one. Then, once the new washer was installed, the latch that creates a tight seal was clearly not working. I was told that I "must have messed" up the installation, that the machine could not possibly have been defective, and therefore I would be charged for the repair. (The latch is internal to the machine and would not have been interacted with during installation.) Very disappointed in the customer service aspect. Edit: Based on the response from the company, I think it is important to add that 1) I appreciate the limited perspective shared in the response, as I did the same as I was trying hard to leave a short, clear review, and 2) it was immediately assumed I did something wrong in the installation process, with the tech only knowing that I did part of the installation and that I am female. Regarding the delivery, I noted multiple times that the washer was stuck and I could not remove it, and that the water hose was not the issue. At this point, the very nice delivery man cut through the hose anyhow. (I do want to point out here that he was really trying to assist, despite my saying that the hose was not the issue, and "let's leave it for now." I am not at all upset with the delivery folks; they were truly only trying to help, but it did make for a long few weeks with no dishwasher access.) I would not be so frustrated if the company was willing to look at the faulty latch and did not curtly state that this issue must have arisen, really could only have arisen, in the installation process. (I am a journeyman in my union and have an engineering background. I manage and maintain several rental properties. Gotta love sexism in the 21st century! My electrician did the wiring portion of the install.) The company asked me to bring the dishwasher back for a refund, and I do want to point out that this would likely result in the resale of the item. (I do imagine the faulty latch would be repaired before resale.) This is after we paid for delivery and haul-away, after I paid for the hard-wiring of the machine, and after I would have to haul the machine back, and be without a washer again. Therefore, this is not a satisfactory solution given the monetary loss on my end."
"Good deals items some new the used items like fridges and stoves are in very nice condition and works great I bought this stove and fridge from there recently"
