"Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service."
"I have been renting from Aaron's since 1992. I have had only two issues with them and it was corrected in an timely matter. Both issues was my fault. I still would rent from them. Excellent service!!"
"I had to change my review now. The online set up was bad. Really poorly explained for finalization which caused my wife and I to cancel delivery and future service. Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit."
