If I was a manager this is EXACTLY how I would want employees to act. She wasn’t aggressive, she just suggested it because she knew it would help me. "I am so upset this place was closed at 715 and it's suppose to close till ten no notes nothing so then I go to the one down the street and they are close and it's 722 and the don't close till 8 and there is at least 3workers in that one. I get it people are down workers but you can atleast leaves notes or change the time on Google search this is the only place I get my minutes for my phone and now they don't want to be open ughhhhh so frustrating"
"We arrived at Family Dollar on Western Avenue in South Bend at 9:53pm knowing exactly what we needed to get. The doors were locked and the lady inside yelled we're closed. Closing time is posted 10:00pm. I'm assuming either a poor employee or poor management. But will not be shopping here again. I left 1 star only because I couldn't leave zero."
"ehh always messy most of the employees dont know if they carry anything its very unorganized. i went in last week and the place looked like a bomb went off and had a odd smell i left within a few mins of being there."
"The employees of this Family Dollar do a very adequate job most of the time. The store has many unsavory people coming in and out and they deal with that pretty well. The store is very near our house so we shop here often but if I lived far away I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to pay this store a visit."
