"I hired Hometown Heating and Cooling to install a furnace, air conditioner, and all the ductwork. I had 4 reputable HVAC Contractors come by and quote the job and Tim Wells (the owner) was by far the most knowledgeable person. He asked all the right questions and took photos, measurements, and notes on my desired outcome. I requested that noise was my priority, then even heating, then price. He returned two options with pros and cons of each one based on my input. None of the other contractors took photos or asked for my desired outcome. Not only was his quote the most comprehensive, but it was also the most value for the price. Every other quote I received was ambiguous and didn't specify all the details; this leaves opportunity for price changes. Tim's quote was the exact price I paid. Tim has an elevated level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and knowledge in this arena. After he began work, the entire jobsite was perfectly cleaned and all the ducts were run in a clean and organized manner, even the ones in the mechanical room.
