"The receptionist logged me in expeditiously and warmly and notified Jason. My wait was less than 5 minutes. Jason welcomed me and led me to his exam room. He explained clearly each step as he adjusted and readjusted my mouthpiece according to the computer. He made a couple of helpful recommendations which I will follow. I appreciated his very careful work and detailed explanations. I have a follow-up appointment next week."

"Joy, the dental technician, was wonderful. She thoroughly described the steps for x-rays and cleaning process. Dentist was fine and shared clearly why I need a crown. My only disappointment was the information that I might have fees for x-rays when I left. If I had been informed about this, I might have declined the x-ray scan. Joy said it was provided at no cost. I checked with Delta Dental insurance representative who informed me that there is protocol for x-rays. A full set of x-rays OR the scan every 5 years. They do not approve BOTH. I expect Lighthouse Dental will provide the scan at no cost as mentioned at my visit."
