"We called Infinity Mechanical when our 30 year old AC wasn't keeping up anymore. Joe had a quick response over the phone and less than 24 hours later was able to stop out and check it out. Joe took his time measuring duct size, calculating cubic feet of the home, and making sure I understood what was needed. Joe ordered the system needed on a Thursday and was able to install the system the following Tuesday. He called back in the evening to follow up with me to make sure everything was running good and cooling as it should. System runs amazing and now the house is finally cool again. Infinity Mechanical is HIGHLY recommended. Very professional, punctual, and a good price! We will definitely be using their services in the future when needed."

His fee was more than fair AND he filled out the paperwork for us to get a rebate from the gas company. "Infinity was very attentive throughout the process. They quickly replied to our RFQ. They came by twice for site inspection and measurements, just to make sure everything was exactly right. Joe presented 4 or 5 different configurations starting with the basic economy setup to a full on 'luxury' setup. We settled on one notch down from the top-of-the-line AC unit, and the top-of-the-line furnace. Infinity called a few days later and asked if it would be OK to stop by and start work. Weather drove them off for a few days. Joe called, and again asked permission to start work again on the following day. When I came home from work, a quick inspection revealed my basement was cleaner than when they started. They must have swept the whole floor, and even took the dust with them, it wasn't in the trash can. The new furnace was very orderly and neat. I found out later a Veteran was the primary installer; it shows a meticulous attention to detail that only the military teaches. Infinity had left all the paperwork neatly arranged on the counter. Handwritten notes on the registration paperwork helped us get through the online registration and setup of our system. It was very easy, and the app on the phone presents the same interface as the thermostat on the wall. I’ll setup Alexa to handle voice commands soon. Alexa set the temperature to 74 degrees, LOL. That evening Joe called to talk about how the installation went, he commented that Infinity was on-line for diagnostics from the thermostat, so obviously the registration process worked. Joe made it easy to trust him and Infinity in our home."
