"Took my car there and ended up after $800 later, he couldn't fix it. Had to have it towed to a dealership. Another $1800 to fix the damage he did to my car, trying to fix it. Worse customer service too."

"Had a suspected leak in my radiator. Removed it from the vehicle and had Freemans test it. They said it did not have a leak. Put it back on vehicle and still have fluid on the floor. Removed radiator again, took it to a different shop (Lansing Radiator Shop) and lo and behold, they found a small leak and repaired it for me. Freeman's charged me $20 for doing nothing. Lansing Radiator charged me $30 for repairing the leak Freemans could not find."
