"I would give less than one star if it would allow me to. My father brought his Ford f250 in for minor oil leak and paid 2800$ to have it repaired. Picked up his truck two weeks later only to find a major diesel leak and was forced return the vehicle for further diagnostic. After claiming they had repaired the diesel leak a week later due to an o-ring they had not installed the truck would no longer start. Long story short they claimed he needed an 800$ part or they could rebuild it for 350$ my dad told them to rebuild it. After having the truck another two weeks they contacted my dad to tell him the part did not need to be rebuilt and that they had his truck towed to Blake Hollenbeck who found it was a fuse that had blown. They then asked for another 250$ to pay for the tow bill to hollenbeck and for diagnostic. This place is not only a rip off but the "mechanics" on staff have no formal training and do not know how to properly diagnose a vehicle. If you want a giant headache and a hole in your wallet only to find that your vehicle still broken call Ground Pounder"

"The best and most honest in Greenville! I was quoted 700 dollars more for a front end job then Ground Pounders! Veteran owned!! Reading through the reviews it sounds like troubles getting parts during covid! How fair is that? Nobody could get parts much less know when you would get them! Nope, these guys have done a lot of work on the truck I love and would not trust just anyone to work on."

"When i called i was told a price. After i got their they told me an even higher price. I was told it would take 3 hrs it took 6 hrs. Also they told me an alignment was done but they failed to do so. Went to belle tire (after i went thru two newer tires) an they informed me their was no way one was done. When i went in to ask for compensation i was told that They wouldn't help. They told me i was lieing. An it wasn't the first time belle tire tried to screw em over. (More like not the first time they messed something up clearly) he refused to even talk to the man who was suppose to do the alignment. They were extremely rude an not helpful"

"Service was very good owner was knowledgeable and open about vehicle and factory defects I found to be true.. quick and efficient would recommend them to anyone. Just to add I had door/ fender alignment issue they took care of broken bolt free and haven't had issue since thanks!"

"Worst place ever to bring your car. All I wanted was a small peice of my break line replaced and they promised me it would be done in a day or 2, But it ended up being almost a week with me calling everyday asking if it was ready. The man who owns it was rude and lied to me, Telling me they would work on it and then never do it.After almost a week they still didnt have it fixed so i walked in and demanded my car back and overpaid for an unfinished job. They also ran the break line right over my oil filter and heated up my lug nuts with a torch and ruined all 4 of my tires trying to get the wheels off!"
