"Don't trust these people. We put in a new furnace and air unit with them. They did not install it right had the guy out 3 times because it's now raining in there.....he comes out with no ladder no tools....and did nothing ..says they have to put a wxtention on the roof.. the guy said he should have done that on install.....the office is charging for another service call and parts over 200...never had it rain in there before them . They should have installed it right the 1st time or warranty there work .. or at least come to a job with tools"

"These people are amazing! They just came and redid the stuff THORN messed up when they installed my new furnace and air. Had all kinds of problems that they never did fix. Actually lied about things that they did wrong. Constant water and condensation build up and terrible air flow. They were so nice, thorough and taught me a lot. We have always used them and will again from now on. Honest and fair!!!!! Cannot say enough good about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will be back to put the thermostat in the hall where it should be and THORN could not do it!!!!!! Funny since that is where it was originally!"

"I had them out for the second time this year, this time to fix a hose coupling exiting the hot water heater. They saw the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes and did not even charge me. Highly recommended."
