"Been dealing with these guys for years People are friendly and very helpful I recommend this place for anything you need"
"I would give 0 stars if I could just for the young lady’s rudeness and incompetence when I called about some questions. I just don’t get companies. They really should thoroughly train their employers."
"Has the worst customer service with this new crew I have been a customer for past 5 years and in this last year have had one problem after nest change credit card information without permission charging more money the authorized to cause overdraft ect I will never go back to them they are the worst"
"Bernadette the saleswoman I dealt with inside the store was great. She went out of her way to get me the best price for the 3 appliances I was going to rent to own. If you are considering appliances, this company's people do not handle hooking up gas or water connections so you will have to do that yourself, enlist the help of a friend or family member or hire someone. When it came time for delivery, that's when it became one hassle after another. I live in an older house with narrow doorways, that sits on the top of a hill, and no way to move large items into the basement where my laundry hookups are from inside the house because of the way that staircase was built. I was refused my request to bring the washer and dryer into the basement from outside because there was snow on the ground and they would have to bring the items downhill to get to my outside basement door. They just dumped them out front and would have just left them outside if the manager had not called to see how things were going. One of the guys was rude, condescending and just rubbed me the wrong way. The refrigerator wouldn't fit and any others they had were the same size or larger. They tried suggesting a special order but by that point I was just done. I ended up returning the appliances and cancelling the arrangement."
