"I just returned a car battery from O’reilly auto parts because they told me my car was too difficult to install it to so they were unable to do it. Might I add that their website advertises installing car batteries for free. I’m a girl college student, I have no idea how to install a car battery. So I head over to this advance auto parts. The only man working the store states that he can install a battery for me prior to even asking me what car I have. He gladly installs it for me IN THE RAIN within less than 10 minutes. Did not seem difficult for him in the slightest. I felt terrible for having him do it for me in the rain but I needed a new battery since I had to be up early with no one to jump my car. I suggest coming here for a car battery to be installed. Great service! Very nice employees."
