"Obviously they don’t care about customer service. They claim to be open until 5pm but at 4:30 refused me a washout saying they were closed. Even though the gates were open and the wash bay doors were open. It would be my impression they just don’t actually want to work their entire day. Overall I would rate them as rude and their service as a zero since they won’t actually perform it."

"Great place, bought so many sets of tires here over the years. Awesome management and the best technicians. I swap out winter and summer tires ever year and they always do a great job to clean the rims where the tires seat, rebalance them and torque them down properly. And Doug is a wealth of tire knowledge and has always given me the best advice on winter tires, and since I've been buying them, I have traction even on black ice. Couldn't recommend this business more highly. If you want a tire shop that really cares just as much about who's behind the wheel as what's mounted on them, this is the place."
