"The so called manager just gave me the run around for weeks after one of their drivers damaged my trailer! Matthew claims he was on site when the damage happened but clearly was not present when he said he was out of town in the beginning of the conversation. This company third party services to target and provides spotters. When I contacted them for a claim he had my trailer mixed up with another which clearly means they often damage peoples property if they can’t even keep the claims straight. He was so rude and condescending. When he had all the information wrong, and he finally realized he was wrong was not in the slightest remorseful for his rude demeanor. If they are a trailer repair service the easy thing would have been to simply offer to pick up the bill for a less than 200 tab. The Target even confirmed the driver damaged the trailer. So it small claims we go ! This place is a joke stay away!!"

"The company I work for brings their semi trucks here and it is a great group of mechanics that work on the trucks. They also do trailer repair here as well. They are always busy so they must do good work. Usually get my truck in pretty fast and however long the job is they get it done. All the mechanics love my dog as well and treat him pretty good."
