"I drive 20 minutes out of my way (each direction!) to go to this location. They always do great work. However this last visit was an above and beyond positive experience. Like each visit the folks are kind, communicative and never ever talk “down” to me- always being transparent and giving a thorough explanation to their reasoning. No one tries to upsell you to death or convince you to do something you don’t actually need. (Which means I’m 1000% more likely to do what they recommended because I can actually trust them!). But on top of all of that, this past visit included one of the team taking the time to break chunks of ice from around the hood of my car- ensuring it wouldn’t refreeze after leaving the slightly warmer shop- saving me from potential ice rockets flying off the car as I got back onto the road. Keeping me safe, just because they had the spare moment to do so. Truly exceptional customer service. Well worth driving out of my way for their care and attention to detail!"
