"Although I didn't end up getting any work done I had a very good experience. Who I assume is the owner, took a drive with me in the car to determine if it was my transmission that was acting up. He gave me a fair estimate and never pressured me to get the work done. In fact he gave me advice that depending on what my car is worth I might just want to think about junking it instead of spending the money on repairs. I very much appreciate the honesty and would definitely go back."
"I'm very happy with master shift. I checked out a few places, and this place was by far the best out of all I talked to. They never tried to talk above my knowledge level, and even leveled with me when they found out that I know a thing or two about vehicles. Their prices seemed reasonable and competitive, and the staff was very helpful and nice to work with. I got to interact with the owner, the owners father, who started the business, and a worker that was there, and I have no complaints about any of them. They were very thorough in diagnosing the issues I was having with my rear axle assembly. Once they actually had the parts in hand from the dealership, they had things back together and test drove in 2 to 3 hours. Will definitely go back for future transmission and axle assembly repairs."
