"MI Smiles bought my former dentists practice, and I wish my former dentist didn't retire. I don't know if this is new dental practice or what, but the hygienist polished my teeth first (caked on the paste and didn't ask what flavor I wanted) and then used the water pick after before using thr scraper. She didn't use enough water to rinse and then dentist came in the middle of the cleaning where I'm used to them coming at the very end. Not the best, but not terrible either."

I loved the new cleaning tool he used ( a powered plaque remover) as it was much less painful and quickened the process of the cleaning. He was careful in his cleaning and didn't use unnecessary pressure, which I appreciated. Well done all the way around."
