"My experience with this office has been horrible. The day I picked up my new appliance I had a nurse go over things with me. She seemed extremely nervous, fumbled through paperwork showed me how to put my appliance in and how to take it off. Nothing more than that. This extremely expensive appliance caused my TMJ to become so bad I couldn’t bring my teeth together. It’s very frightening when no matter what you do you can’t bring your teeth together. This makes eating impossible and dangerous. When I called to explain my concerns the Clinical Staff brushed me off and said go back to physical therapy. I only saw Dr Wilson once for the initial measurements for the appliance all other appointments were with Clinical Staff who had no answers for me. So please do your research before committing to a very expensive appliance and injections that didn’t help me at all. I thought Dr Wilson would be more involved in my care but she wasn’t and when I sent the office a message about my concerns they told me I could voice my concerns to Dr Wilson with a virtual visit. She did nothing for me during this visit and then changed me $90.00 . Very poor practice. I’m out thousands of dollars for an appliance I can’t use. I’m sick over wasting my hard earned money and feel like Dr Wilson doesn’t care at all. I would appreciate a full refund for this big waste of time and money."

"I have been suffering for months with jaw and ear pain I called to make an appointment and actually got an appointment for the next day . I only expected to have a consultation with Dr.Wilson she examined my jaw asked if I wanted to try and get some relief and I can honestly say the staff here are very friendly caring and explained the procedure made me feel comfortable about getting the procedure and finally feeling like I may finally be able to get some answers and get to feeling normal again!!"

"It’s unbelievable how much better I sleep AND feel after using my appliance! I woke up after the first night using it, and was amazed at how much better rested I felt…I thought “so this is what it feels like after a good night’s rest?” Why I even considered trying a CPAP machine I’ll never know! Have used my appliance EVERY NIGHT for 4-5 months, and now actually look forward to going to bed. Thank you so much, Dr. Kathi and staff, for changing my life for the better!!"

"They wanted me to get a CT done but refused to bill insurance when I know my insurance would cover it. But then said they would bill insurance for literally everything else. Then canceled me as a patient because I told them how shady it was they won't bill insurance for somethin that will be covered I was let go because you guys wouldn't work with me on trying to find a solution. You guys are so money hungry that you can't even send a simple bill to insurance to make sure a client was taken care of. Even if you send it before the scan was done. You have to send the results out to someone else to look at there for you can even send a request to get the scan done somewhere else that would have simply said yes to billing. You guys were super disrespectful and kept giving me the run around on why you wouldn't send it in. Yes I may have cussed but I never cussed AT anyone. But you are right it's all my fault because I'm not going to just fork money for something that insurance would pay for."

"I had 3 different appliances made before it got close to what my bite felt like without it. Each one had me wait a month in between and travel an hour there and back for it. It took so long I looked into a CPAP, but that ended up being worse. After the third try, it was close enough to my bite at that point that I just went with it even though it would misalign my bite because it was significantly thicker on the left side. This was always a problem with the previous attempts. After the pain worsened, I tried to get an adjustment appointment, but I was brushed off during it and nothing was done to my appliance. I had a second one without much input from the head doctor, Wilson, and they actually scraped off some of the left side like I wanted. It took another appointment lasting an hour and a half for me to finally get completely evened out, but all throughout my experiences from Wilson were terrible. She always came across as a pompous know-it-all that dissected your argument and confused you or convinced you that there wasn't a problem. Some of her staff as well seemed underqualified or they don't even know how their own equipment works. Scanning my teeth took a couple tries, infringing into my college class an hour's drive away. Their hands trembled, looks of concern mired their faces, and they just brute force the bands onto the appliance rather than easing them on. And finally after looking through other reviews, I found a Myerson offer that looks to be half priced rather than $10 for 2 bits of rubber."
