"This place is discriminating of single parents just because they can! There policy an procedures are for the birds! There negatively telling special needs single parents no one works with special needs only them (FALSE)!!! The office manager is on the highest horse only there time matter. Update My name isn't in your system because it wasn't for me it was for my son by because of your policy I the custody parent would be the only one you allow to bring him in not his grandmother, care taker nothing!! So I'd have to give up my time an income to suite your business's I didn't continue with! I'm sorry for assuming I would ever bring myself or my son in!!"

"Doctor and staff were awesome. Very up and positive. Pre registration was terrible. I tried several times to register on line, but if you stepped away for even a short period of time, all of the work you started was lost. I finally gave up, and we had to go through the pre registration at the office. An 11 appointment turned into a 11:45 appointment, and with a special needs son, getting in and getting it done is very important. Long waits can turn into a ticking time bomb.... Fixing your online pre registration, or better instructions for its use, would be a big help to reducing parental stress and wait times. Fixing this problem would give our experience a 5 star rating."

"I've had such a wonderful experience working with the team at Burton Dental. I am losing my health insurance and was scrambling to get an appointment. I called and spoke to Stephanie who booked me immediately for the initial visit and a cleaning the next day. They talked me through step by step the work they were doing and were so friendly throughout the entire experience. I had to come back for fillings which they were able to give me the cost up front.
