"Had some battery problems, felt it was going bad and bought a new one. It worked or at least started and when bringing it back for the core I very much appreciate how January checked to make sure it was truely the battery making sure I put it on correctly and added grease correctly. Great service."
"Super friendly and helpful staff! The employee who helped me today went above and beyond what’s expected of good service. He was exceptional in every way - from helping me pick out products to making sure I had everything I needed. Excellent. They are my go-to for car products."
"Absolutely amazing customer service! We have an old car and the battery and terminal was corroded. The clerk (Paul) spent considerable time with us helping to get the old battery out, the terminals cleaned up, and putting the new battery in. We were blown away by his thoughtfulness and helpful attitude. Best customer service we have ever received at an auto parts store. Very highly recommended for batteries and anything else you need."
"Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience trying to replace my battery. They did a free battery test, which was nice, and found out it needed to be replaced, which was what I figured. AFTER ringing me up for a replacement battery, they told me I was going to have to install it myself because they didn't have enough staff. Apparently they needed 2 people, and one of them was going on lunch. They said it was probably a hard battery to install. He starts looking up a YouTube video and changes his mind, saying it actually looks pretty easy and I should be able to do it myself. And if I'm in a rush, maybe one of the auto shops down the road could install it for me? Or if I stopped in tomorrow at 7am, maybe they would have enough time to put it in. So I literally drove 2 minutes down the road to O'Reily auto parts where I told them what happened and the guy working jumped up and offered to install it for free, despite me not even buying one from their store. Took him 10 minutes :) Wish I would have gone there first! At least Autozone gave me the right battery lol."
"I came to this Autozone desperate. I was far from home and my car started shaking. Every auto shop in the area was closed or didn’t do ignition work. Autozone ran a code check for me and got me set up with the spark plugs and coils I needed. The associate helping me, January, was so patient with me as I had to exchange my wrench a couple times since I wasn’t sure which size I needed. January lent me most of the tools I needed to get my spark plugs and ignition coils changed, gave me a little discount, and helped me save money by buying a set of coils instead of individually. She also checked in on us in the parking lot when we were wrapping up. Seriously, January was an angel. I wouldn’t have been able to get home without all the help this team gave me! I hope I never end up in a situation like this again, but if I do, I know where to go."
