"I have been coming here for well over 35 years. Dr. McCoy and his staff are the best. They work with you on appointments. He cares about you and gives the best service for what is needed. His hygienist is very gentle. They put you at ease. Thank you Dr. McCoy and staff."
"Excellent dental office."
"I have been coming to this office for several years. The staff is friendly and the visit is always pleasant and quick, unlike other offices where you wait forever in a waiting room. My kids have had great experiences here as well. Dr. McCoy is a great dentist!"
"Been going to this place for most of my life, mainly for the great hygienists. I’ve had very little contact with Dr.McCoy , but after this week, I will no longer be going. He showed me that he doesn’t care about his patients as much as his wallet. I was setup to have my fillings replaced, which I had previously called to ask if they had the special equipment to do such a job as my research told me it was a toxic procedure, hence the reason for getting them out. Plus I had called and told them through a separate conversation that I had an auto immune disease I was battling and for that reason wanted my old fillings out. I was told they did this procedure all the time and all dentists had to know the proper way to remove these toxic fillings. So, I took my 25 mile trip to my appointment at 10:30 am only to find out after arriving that the doctor doesn’t want to do the procedure on me since I have an autoimmune disease because it’s a toxic procedure and for someone with an issue, he doesn’t have the equipment to do it. To which I asked, why didn’t you tell me before I came all the way in (a completely wasted trip),. Well, he said he would do an exam (5 minutes worth) on me anyway - one I did not ask for nor need. Then, he charged me for it. After discussing this with him, he was very rude on the phone with me and said the insurance paid for it anyway. To which I said, that’s not the point. Also, one must ask, why are you removing fillings that are toxic without the proper equipment to prevent dangerous fumes which are harmful to client and dentist anyway. If he, as a dentist, recognizes that they are harmful, (since he did refer me to a dentist that did have the equipment and specialty to do it) why would he allow any of his patients to be treated without proper equipment? I really like the hygienist, but very, very disappointed in the attitude and ethics of the dentist and frankly the receptionist who was making excuses for him. Won’t be going back."
