"Overall an okay experience, took my car in the have the wheels balanced, then got an email notification asking to approve almost $500 in additional work...granted most of the items were legitimate concerns but things I could do myself (like wanting to charge $181 for a serpentine belt replacement, when the belt costs around $40 at Napa), anyway, got the car back and the wheel shake problem was gone, only $38 for the actual wheel balance, nice! But I also did notice that they use metal scraping tools to remove the old weights causing gouges in my wheel and left all the old weight adhesive on my wheel..sucks knowing they didn’t treat my vehicle with the same cautions I would have."
