"Was a patient if Dr. Dayton for 25 years and his staff could not keep up with the times. After I turned 18, I asked multiple times that they update my account to my personal cell phone and until I decided to terminate them at 26, they were still calling my parents for appointment reminders even though I asked them for 7+ years to change it. Also, the staff has terrible customer service. I had to reschedule 1 appointment (out of 25 years worth of appointments) due to having a bomb threat at work, and I overheard them bashing me on the phone for needing to reschedule. This was the nail in the coffin of the 8+ years of terrible service from the front staff, so I ended up changing my care to Dr. Mulder at Westside dental and have been way more satisfied with their customer service and care. For the service we have Dr. Dayton and team, they did a terrible job of caring for me."
