My procedures going forward were explained in great detail. And I so appreciate the time everyone took to answer all my questions. Dentist was so nice, as was the dental assistant. "I've been going to this dentist for more than 4 years and recently had an appointment that i paid for to go in and take x rays for an estimate on the treatment i need. It's been over a month and i have not gotten any updates or news on my results or an estimate on the treatment. I've called multiple times but all of sudden they want to say i'm not in the system. Recently i called and an employee named Nick was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. Instead of helping and answering my questions, he would rudely come up with excuses and say he couldn't find me in the system after me and my wife have been going to this dentist for 4 years and even recently charging me for an appointment. I am very disappointed and upset because rather than helping me out to give me the treatment i need they just waste my time and take my money. I do not recommend this dentist at all."

I have neglected my teeth for years and was quite frankly embarrassed to even go somewhere to figure out how to get back on track… from my initial call to schedule, all the way to the end… every staff member was beyond kind and caring. They even have a complimentary care menu to help put you at ease. There was ZERO judgment. So much love and care… I went there feeling anxious and on the verge of a panic attack and walked out feeling so valued and cared for. If you are looking for a place to actually CARE about you - call asap!!!!!"
