"Staff is friendly and efficient. Hardly ever a wait to go back and be seen. Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain and make sure you're happy. They don't pressure a decision. The only part I hate it it's an automated answering system that then sends you to the building based on your answers. If I call a number listed as that building I want to talk to that build not an answering service and then transferred to that building."

"I've been a patient over 20 years. I plan on being a patient for another 20 or more years. Nicole is an awesome dentist. Karen is an awesome office manager. And the staff is very friendly! Sincerely, Gil Dykstra"

"This is why I quit going to them in the past. This is the one my insurance sent me to so I go there cause I have a broken tooth they do absolutely nothing for me they take x-rays that day and then in the end they give me a bill for $10,000 and says the insurance will pay 4000 your proportion will be 6000 get out of town my teeth don’t need $6000 worth of work or $4000 worth of work the most that needs is $3000 because implant cost 2600 and the rest is for cleaning and an x-rays so what the hell are they talking about so here I am still with a broken tooth and pain and nothing done I suggest them to nobody > their fraudulent and all they do is take peoples money. They don’t care what your teeth are like or if you’re in pain or not."

"I had a fantastic experience at this dentist's office. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was calming. The dentist was gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I left feeling well taken care of and Highly recommended!"

"I would not recommend this office. Sure, they are friendly, but I've gone probably 3 times in the last 2 years and every time I've had issues with quality of service. The first time I went for basic check ups and cleanings, paid at the office, and then received a letter in the mail threatening to come after me for not paying. I went to their office to see what the issue was, they told me to just ignore it, it was their mistake. I get two more identical letters in the next 2 months. Another office visit just to make sure, and yes, it was their fault. Second checkup, they find some shadows in my teeth that might be cavities. I was surprised, seeing as I just had fillings in the same place done a year prior. They said they may just be air pockets from the previous fillings but weren't sure. We agree to wait 6 months until my next x rays to see if they increase in size, because they weren't too concerning. Next visit, 4 cavities and a possible root canal!! Very disappointed with their previous diagnosis! I take good care of my teeth and brush twice a day with 6 months cleanings. No reason I should be surprised with a root canal if it was being monitored properly. Also the cleaning was a quick 20 minutes but I had to wait another 30 just for the doctor evaluation. Currently trying to find a new dentist."
