"My son showed up 15 minutes early to an empty building and got stuck in their drive which hadn't been plowed. Freezing weather. His appointment was at 2:30 and no one contacted him to say they'd be late. I'm at home making phone calls. Was told the guy was running 30 minutes late. I relayed that to my son. It's now 4 PM and no one showed up. Not a good way to spend his day off in freezing weather!!! He had to leave. If I could give less than zero stars I would. The people in the phone were nice though."
"Complete Auto Glass replaced my windshield and did a great job. I made an appointment and within a couple days they replaced my broken glass. They helped with making my claim to my insurance company and made it super easy. I would highly recommend Complete Auto Glass"
"Safelite did a spectacular job at giving me the worst customer service giving me a run around for 5 WEEKS… over a rain sensor. Called Complete and Mel helped me out, they immediately had the rain sensor ready and came out 6 days later once the weather was nice. The tech told me no car washes for 24 hrs and that I could drive it in 2 hrs so he was quick and informative too. Complete gave me a similar good experience 3 years ago at the GR location too. 100% recommend. Thanks for doing a quick and easy job for me."

"1: Why are they charging me $125 to replace my window when I've already bought the window? My window is a manual roll down window, the service should NOT be that much!!! 2: Why won't they let me come over there to repair it? It would be much more convenient to me if they'd just have a set location where I could take my car. 3: Why have they decided that they're not responsible for the glass breaking if THEY ARE THE ONES TOUCHING IT AND PUTTING IT IN MY CAR??? Yes you ARE responsible if you don't got someone who knows what he/she's doing when they are touching my car!"
