"We couldn’t be happier with the service, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Metal Works Bodyshop. Catching the edge of a fence in a Minnesota State Park on a Friday evening resulted in severe damage to the rear cap of our 40’ Forest River Cardinal fifth wheel that ultimately required the full replacement of this unwieldly part, among many other parts as well. Since our travelling plans included heading to western Michigan, we received a recommendation from a close relative to contact Metal Works. Through a flurry of texts after business hours and over the weekend, an act clearly above and beyond the call of duty, Ryan Selvius, co-owner of Metal Works arranged to meet us promptly on Tuesday morning following our accident. Our local insurance adjuster immediately approved Metal Works due to their known reliability and superb reputation in the industry. Within 36 hours of our appointment, Ryan had submitted and subsequently received approval from our insurance adjuster and efficiently expedited the order for all replacement parts needed to resolve our current calamity. Based on the manufacturers promised parts delivery dates, Ryan’s team began proactively repairing our RV which included removing the back cap of the trailer and occupying one of his “revenue-generating” bays. In time it became too apparent that the manufacturer parts delivery dates were falsified! As the weeks passed and our home remained out of commission, Ryan persevered, remained proactive and professional as he and his team continuously followed up with the Forest River Cardinal parts department. Upon delivery of the parts, our repairs were completed in a ridiculously short time frame and the quality of their work could not be exceeded. I strongly recommend Metal Works to anyone requiring RV or automobile repairs! What was a completely impossible situation as full-time RVers, resulted in an unlikely bond of kinship between us and our vendor of choice, Metal Works. Metal Works exceeded all our expectations and is a company comprised of a trustworthy team who provide unequivocal service."
