"Took the employee 15 minutes to take my order. Online would not honor the specials they had advertised for this store, called and the employee told me the deal was available then tried to place it then told me they wont honor the deal anymore from Pizza Hut's own website."

"Placed an order to be delivered at the Hilton. While waiting on delivery went outside to have a smoke. While out side watch a driver park and get out with food not long in a warmer pack. Watch him for a few minutes looking around Didn’t know it was my order. Ask if I could help him find something. Found out it was my order. Delivery driver had no marking on car No Pizza Hut shirt or uniform made me even nervous to even accept the food. Very Shady While profit the food I asked how much did he receive out of the $5.99 delivery fee did he get so I could Tip him better. He said Nothing. Tip another 5.00 on top of delivery fee he received $0.00 of. Food was Luke warm. When call to store to speak with a manager Got hung up on 3 Times When transferred by call center. Receipt even said driver get none of the $6.00 delivery fee. Bottom Line Shady people delivering my food Luke warm to cold food Driver got screwed by Pizza Hut for work Hung up on 3 times Delivery driver did not work for Pizza Hut ( I asked ) not a employee Lied to by call center who took order. Do Not Recommend I will never order Pizza Hut again in Elkhart, Indiana proof attached receipt."

"Pizza quality over the years has gone down possibly at this store. Since it's the one I use. The prices have gone up for what you get. It appears deliveries are worse since the driver is already gone when you discover the disappointment of the pizza, maybe only on deliveries. My pizzas seem better when I pick them up, probably because I'm still there and if the pizza isn't right, then there will be complaints."

"Was directed to a foreign call center. When I finally placed my order I was directed to an automated payline. When my order arrived I discovered it was Door Dash that delivered it. That would explain the elevated delivery price. I Also received no receipt. This will be the last thing I order from this Pizza Hut."
