"Horribly understaffed. My family were patients of the prior Dentist that Bryan bought the fennville office from. I thought it was wierd no of his staff came with him to our old dentist location that bryan bought. It was so understaffed that my wife had to go to another Dentist while my daughter got action 2 times within the year for a dental plan that included 4 appointments. I recieved one appointment that got canceled. They are very good at what the do but it takes alot of patients dealing with all the issues u face until they make the time to help u."

"If I could post zero stars I would. Highly do not recommend him if your taking your children. Not skilled with how to deal with them if they are scared. All they will do is recommend you to someone who does sedation. Sorry I'm not going to sedate my child for a cleaning.Waste of time and money."

As most of us, I've been to a few different dentists and most of them just want to breeze through their patients to get the next one in and seem to not really care about you. Dr. Shields is very professional in letting you know what he's going to be doing and explaining it to you detail, before and during procedures. He is also the first dentist to walk in the room and greet me with a handshake. Again, I highly recommend him!"
