"Have had decent experiences prior but this was absolutely the worst Took my son in ..doctor was very snobby and rude as if I was wasting his time because my son didn't need meds . I feel it's better to be safe than sorry They leave us in the room for an extremely long time after being seen despite not needing any scripts sent in .. went outside the room to see if we could finally leave ..nurse was rude telling us we had to wait to sign paperwork ( then followed by more waiting and another nurse saying we aren't required to wait if no scripts sent in) Waste of time and energy . When I have a sick kid I don't need your snobby attitude and keeping us there an unnecessary amount of time so you can stretch out patients to avoid seeing new ones Get your act together Holland urgent !"
"We arrived just before closing on a Sunday night. My 7mo old son was showing signs of ear infection. They were so quick, gentle and patient with us. We were in and out with in 40 min. It’s never fun to take your kids to Urgent Care but this was the best experience we could have asked for."
"I had head laceration about 1 centimeter And those two aids: a man & woman did well in my treatment along with overseeing Nurse! They cleaned my wound and checked vitals; then put 3 staples in my head to ensure better healing! Great job by all!"
"Excellent care when my daughter needed stitches on her chin. The nursing staff was friendly, we had a short wait time and the physician was gentle and kind with my daughter. He did an excellent job suturing her laceration. Very pleased."
"I went to urgent care with someone who needed a trauma informed physician. The physician who treated my companion exceptional. It made all the difference in the world. I am not overstating that it was a life-changing moment for the person I was with. I hope she knows how amazing she is. We told her so as we left. She listen carefully and she took extra time when I know she was busy. That is not what we expected in the overworked healthcare system we all experience these days."
