ELITE dental

"NOT HAPPY!!!!! Well i had to change my review from 5 to 1.... I'm not happy at all and cried all day yesterday. I was scheduled to do a crown and filling and I had chosen the white cap for the crown. I have never had a crown or filling or cavities before this is my first time and my first experience with it. I understand that as an establishment they are familiar but me as a patient am not... in any case the procedure went very well. I feel like they could do a better job with the one on one's and explain better and not assume everyone knows the procedures.... after I was done I wasn't asked to look at it or how I like it. I should of been offered a mirror so I can see and I didn't bother asking cause the lady helping showed me the pieces before we started and they were white. Well when I got home I looked in the mirror and it looks like metal in my mouth!!!! I'm pissed... they call me back and apologize but can't give me an explanation on why the Dr did that? Now I'm concerned that I paid for something that I didn't want. The cost difference was pretty big!! They offered to fix it with no cost but the fact it was done wrong in the first place is Unacceptable!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!"

I got pro tips on flossing and dental care that I needed and help with a few small issues I've had with other dentists. They were able to schedule me quickly and let me know when a sooner appointment opened up so I could get in for a check-up faster than at most other locations I checked with in Holland. They also have a cool 360° dental x-ray machine, so an extra bonus point there! I was able to walk out feeling like Chip Skylark, which is tough to accomplish. 10/10 would get my teeth serviced again by Elite Dental"
