"I would rate this a 5 but the receptionist was really rude the fathers info is unknown and she repeatedly asked me I kept telling her I don’t know it is all unknown she said well is the father have medical insurance or not and again I said I don’t know his where abouts I don’t know what he’s doing she said fine I guess we’ll deal with what we have! I will be switching my daughters dentist i use to love taking her to this place but not any longer!!"
