"Put a dent and scratches in the hood of our car. When I called they gave me the run around and said someone would call us back. The call back today asked us to come in, when we got there he was a condescending gaslighter that blamed us “scraping ice” said it “100% could never have been them” 0/10 customer service"

"The young child working there today literally punched the mirror on my truck... he had washed my truck the last 2 days without drama being aware they are power mirrors ... afterwards I notified the manager which said he talked to him then my young son and I recieved harassing msg thru social media which i took pictures of... I have been a subscriber of this wash for years now and feel it is time to go somewhere more professional after his actions."

"This very morning I paid $20 to have my car washed. All the attendants just sprayed the outside of my car. I had to wipe down the back of my jeep when I got home due to dirt and soap left on back window and tail gate. I've gone there many times with good results, but I feel they have just turned into another ordinary car wash."
