"The employees are very kind and one even helped me after hours because of a mix up. Although kind people, it took almost a week to get a quote for a repair on my trailer. When I got the quote, it was 2X the entire value of my trailer. After deciding I did not want to go through and get it fixed at this location, it was insisted I pay a diagnostic fee when this was not disclosed to me over the phone or when dropping the trailer off. Overall, kind people but the process was not effective or efficient from my experience."

"When you look up the definition of "above and beyond", these guys should be listed at the top. I snapped a U-joint and dropped a driveshaft, got towed in afternoon and was done out the door by 0900 the next morning. Try getting anything done that fast at a dealer or truckstop. In 30+ years of trucking this is the best shop I've been to aside from my local home shop. You will not be disappointed. Bravo."

"I cant recommend bringing an RV here for an oil change. We asked ahead of time how much it would be and Phil said it depends. Told him RV size (Ford f450 v10 takes 7 quarts). He still didn't give a quote but we scheduled anyways since we have never paid more than 200 dollars to have the oil changed and we like to support local businesses. Imagine our surprise at a 447$ bill for an oil change. Labor at 182 an hour for 1.5 hours. This was a nasty surprise and far out of the normal range for this vehicle. The people were nice and I have no complaint otherwise."
