"I had a recent extraction of #30 and an earlier extraction a year ago. Both encounters were handled in a professional manner. Dr Stegmann made me feel at ease and comfortable during the procedures. His dedication to having a good outcome experience for me were quite evident. His assistant Stacy was professional and competent as she worked with Dr. The office staff Lynette and Pam in particular handled my appointment, scheduling and required forms in an efficient and accommodating manner. They answered all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. My wife will schedule her next extraction with Dr Stegmann and if I require another extraction in the future it will be with Dr Stegmann."

The gentleman at the front input my insurance (a new insurance they didn’t have on record) then pre-submitted to my insurance to give me a quote, prior to my appt. Their scheduling was a breeze and my visit was efficient and informative. Dr. Stegman and his staff were all very delightful. They even followed up with me to ensure that my aftercare was going as anticipated. Would absolutely recommend this office to others."

"There is a huge lack of communication in this office. We had planned for oral surgery for a long time. We spoke to Erik originally and when we contacted them a women answered who was not competent at her job we could not catch her name. She refused to allow us to speak to Erik and she also canceled all of our appointments. I had planned for months for oral surgery with them and a date set in stone with them. Erik was great and helpful, but this terrible lady canceled our appointments. I want to make sure others who were planning on spending thousands of dollars at this establishment are aware of the severe lack of communication among staff, and if you have an appointment scheduled for a month or two from now, don't be surprised if this office cancels on you and leaves you starting from scratch needing to find a new oral surgeon less than a week before surgery. Very sad as dr.joshs office at lakeside had clear communication and a solid oral surgery plan (great people there), only to be ruined by an unqualified employee in the office that they referred me to."

"I used this dental practice for several years. I had multiple implants done. Most implants failed and had to be redone. The last implant had to be removed because it was installed wrong and was coming out the side of my mouth. Would never send anyone there if I liked them. Cost me thousands!!!"
