"My kids have always had positive experiences here. The doctors and hygienists are very kind with the kids and the front desk is helpful. We had a couple issues with billing and they were very willing to help me sort it out with my insurance."

"So I loved this place up until today. I was coming in expecting my 6 year old to get a crown and it ended up getting extracted and a filling in the tooth next to it & at my son's last appointment he said they were gonna work on the bottom right side next I come in and they focused on the top which okay whatever it needed to be done and he did a great job. However at check out I asked if I could make an appointment for my daughter because she has been complaining about her bottom teeth and they changed color the day after her appointment & the lady at check out made it seem like it was this huge inconvenience as if I was ruining her day by asking her to do her job. A complete eye roll and got super snobby taking the paper back that had appointment dates on it. & At that point it made me not even want to make the appointment and take my kids somewhere else. Absolutely disappointed & pissed over being treated poorly after getting so much work done on my son's teeth. If I was them I would honestly find a new check out lady because after reading the reviews it's not the first this has happened."

"We had high hopes for this practice as they were recommended by a close friend. The dentists were competent and the hygienists were mostly friendly and did a decent job cleaning our children's teeth; although at times seemed somewhat impatient with our special needs child. The front staff was not the friendliest and occasionally rude, however I always assumed it was because they were a high volume office and gave them a pass over the years. As others have echoed, the real issue is that if you miss TWO appointments (even if it is due to THEIR error) they will ban your entire family from coming to their practice ever again... they will send a threatening letter and tell you to seek care elsewhere. Even after taking our children there for five years! They clearly do not care, it's just a "high volume business" to them. You are expendable. We ended up moving out of state and at the very last appointment we told them that we were moving and apparently our middle child still had an appointment scheduled, so we received the letter forwarded to our new address! Sadly, the cool "balloon animals" don't make up for the lack of personal attention and caring for each family that attends this practice. Life is crazy with little ones and sometimes schedules get mixed up or in our case, the practice actually makes an error... and yet, they have zero empathy. Would not recommend them. Look elsewhere for a practice that might actually get to know your family!!"

"Although the kids love the balloon animals and fun play area, that is the only good thing I can say about this place. Our daughter had a scheduled cleaning that her dad booked. He missed the appointment with her and they called me about it. We are divorced and I didn't know she had an appointment and I let them know this. I then asked if they could add me to the list of reminder notifications because I never got one for the appointment. They told me they can only send notifications to one number and to change the number I would need to fill out all the new hire paperwork again and also have their dad come in and sign off that I was allowed to get the notifications. They then rebooked us for 8 am the next day. They called back while I was driving and left a voicemail saying that actually 8 wouldn't work because she needed more time for the cleaning since it had been a year. So my ex called them back and got their voicemail and let them know we got the message and to just call us back and let us know when we should bring her in. We didn't hear back so he called again and was told that we were being let go from the practice (all three of our kids, not just the one) because we missed two appointments in one week. How?! When the second appointment they called and told us they were wrong to schedule and not to bring her in. I do NOT recommend bringing your kids here if you are from a divided household since they can't communicate with both parents."
