"I bought a set of fuel tanks from them and paid and ordered a LTL truck to do the pickup. Was surprised to find I was charged $74 for "paperwork and handling". Really? I did all the paperwork because I bought and sent over my own truck. It fit on a single pallet, so it certainly was not a large order. I was not told about the charges when given the total over the phone. Still have not seen an invoice either."
