"They were very clear about everything and talked to me before confirming the fixing of the car. Not sure if it is too much to pay for though, or if my car is just old? Either way I highly recommend them, they are usually very speedy too."

"We had a vehicle with a PTU failure and had it in to brake and alignment plus for repair. The young lady in the office failed to run our estimate through the warranty system so we had to pay out 2800 dollars to get our car back. The lady in the office seemed to not want to be persistent in getting ahold of the warranty system and getting a claim started. I went to get in the vehicle to drive home and there was a puddle under it. The one axle seal somehow got a bad leak while it was in their hands and brake and alignment plus got it right back in and fixed the seal the same day. The company needs to improve on clarity and communication. If you are having warranty work done, make sure they have your warranty information on file. I rate 2 of 5 stars"

"Called day before as my rear tire kept losing air. They made appt. For next day at 10 am. Got there and I was nowhere in the appt. system. But they got me in eventually and found I had a nail in tire. So other than the longer than normal appt that was not going to happen it got fixed. Next time I will call day of appointment to confirm time and be sure I’m in system ."
