"We were working on my daughter's first car, so you can imagine the urgency driven by her excitement to drive it that day & by my need for her to be safe doing so. We'd ordered parts online, but...it turned out several were incorrect. We could not put this work off! I made 3 separate trips to O'Reilly's within a few hours for different parts! Thankfully, they were open on a Sunday. Jake was fantastic! He was friendly & patient (and remained that way even through my THIRD trip into the store!). He opened boxes to be sure parts were correct before ringing me up, and at one point, even talked to my dad on the phone (who was working on the car at home) when I couldn't describe exactly what was needed. Since I was there multiple times that day, I also witnessed the other staff interacting with other customers as they came in. They were all well taken care of, and from what I could tell, everyone left with what they'd come in for that day. Great customer service at O'Reilly's in Traverse City!"
