Dave Smiddy came to the house and tested the water during that same visit and explained everything you ever wanted to know about water and more. This is NOT a high pressure sales person, he is a H2O professor. Josh and Jim were amazing and installed the new water softener with remote app control along with removing an old RO system and installing the new RO in the same mechanical room, centralized for easy service with a larger tank and booster pump and connected it to two sinks and two refrigerators without loosing under cabinet storage along with great water pressure at all devices!
