Brakes By The Bay

"My family and I were traveling through Petoskey with our Travel trailer and had an unexpected wheel bearing/ Spindle failure on the axle of our camper. We were basically dead in the water and had to rent a hotel room. After calling 10 automotive and trailer repair places within 25 miles of Petoskey, B.B.T.B. was the only shop that would even entertain getting our trailer in for the repair. It was a Friday afternoon and we were leaving to return 7 hours home Sunday. So we were in a bad spot. I had already conceded having to leave the trailer and come back next week to pick it up the Trailer if not miraculously fixed Saturday. Needless to say I received a call Saturday morning that the trailer was repaired and we were able to head home Sunday. Thank you so much, saved our butts and me having to waste a day of 15 hours of driving to pick up the trailer on a later date. Great shop and really cool European cars being worked on, along with cool off road trucks and unusual rigs. Extremely friendly staff and when I asked about the shop around town they have a great reputation. Can't recommend Brakes by the bay enough. Thanks so much Joe Klopp"
