"Friendly staff, but I paid $220 for a pair of brand new biking shoes and another $80 for cleats and pedals, but one of the shoes was on display so I wasn't able to look at it till after i bought it and they put the cleats on. There was a orange stain on the shoe that was on display. And to make it worse the shoe was white. So the next day I took it back, took time away from my vacation and asked them to make it right, only to be responded with them saying to try and bleach it when I get home as they clearly didnt think it was their problem anymore as I already paid. And I cant go back just to tell them bleaching the shoes hardly did anything becuse the store is 3.5 hours away. I find it really messed up that the most expensive shoes I have ever bought came with a stain on them and the store doesnt even care, and were willing to sell them anyway."

"He was very helpful to help my bike get back on the road. We were going to go on a bike trail when I realized that I was missing a petal. It was right at closing time and he was so kind and we really appreciated his expertise."

"Beware, everyone, this place has a SEVEN day cancellation policy. If you have an emergency, or the weather turns, or you have to leave town early, you will have to pay the FULL rental fee if you can't cancel 7 days in advance. Even if after canceling they rent your bikes to another customer, you get nothing back....essentially, they get paid twice for one rental. There are other choices for rentals in Petoskey.......I gave it one star because I could not post unless I did."

"We rented five Trek bikes on a recent trip to Harbor Springs. The bikes were incredible for our 20 mile ride and the service was excellent. The gentleman who assisted us was very kind and attentive. I would recommend the shop to anyone! (And I have a husband who used to work in a bike shop who knows good product and good service and he agreed!)"
