We were in the area on vacation and had transmission problems, they quickly diagnosed the issue and got us fixed up so we could head on our way. "I was quoted a price for a transmission repair. When I explained I would have to take out a loan. He gave a fair price when I went to pick up truck the price had nearly doubled. I supplyed half the parts needed and was charged for those as well. When I brought all of this up I was instructed to relax and they will get to bottom of it. "Went on vacation to Michigan had nosie coming from underneath my truck took it to this shop and the owner of the shop looked at it and test drove it for free. The dealer wants 100$ just to talk to you it seems. He put the truck up on the lift and allowed me to oversee the inspection so that I could see what he was telling me about was the truth where other shops would just make you wait in a waiting room found that the carrier bearing was shot. The owner ordered and replaced the part while his other guys where out to lunch only charged me $75.00 for labor and the part was $60.00. I would recommend this shop to anyone traveling though this area Honest Friendly And most of all understanding that just because your from out of town is no reason to overcharge Thank you very much"
