"I don't do reviews much, but bring true customer service back to the table. Shopped online for a tow behind sweeper, and found what I was looking for at 49735 TSC. I get there and I'm told it's an inventory issue they don't have sku.1284947. So I then ask if another location might have one and was given 2 options and was also told told call them we don't transfer those items. Next morning I call 49721 TSC and inquire about same sku. Yup we can hold that. AWESOME! Received a call back a short time later, we are sorry but it was broken. Can I get a price reduction if I buy a different model? No we don't do that. Ok thx have a good day. Call 49735 Lowes and get same one and paid more and I'm happy. This should have been a better review. Left same review for 49735 TSC"
"Love this place... Used the App to let them know I was there for Propane refill outside in the parking lot, worked very easy and they were out in minutes to take care of it!!! Often you can pay right at the pump too. This particular day had to go back inside but that allowed me to pickup a last minute Xmas gift... You can even bring your pet inside!"
